The location was perfect—walked to the European Parliament and the Bourse quarter easily. My room was comfy, with a modern bathroom and a nice shower. The staff were super friendly and helped me check in early. Breakfast was a highlight too, lots of tasty options! Just a bit noisy at night, couldn't fully relax with all the sounds.

I had a fantastic stay with a very comfortable Premium Double or Twin Room that was well-equipped with a Nespresso machine and high-quality toiletries. The breakfast options were quite extensive, featuring made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries, which was a delightful way to start my day. Although the dining options for lunch and dinner were limited, the hotel's proximity to several local restaurants compensated for this. My only suggestion for improvement would be to extend the hours for dining in the hotel itself.

The location offered easy access to central Brussels, simply a stroll away. However, I faced a frustrating issue with the front desk staff regarding an outlet converter, as they were unwilling to lend one, insisting on selling it instead. Some noise filtered in from the lobby area which disturbed the otherwise peaceful environment. Though the hotel had some misses on service details, the staff exhibited friendliness and professionalism. I would still recommend the hotel for its location and breakfast, with hopes for improvements in customer service details.
